Returns and Delivery

Returns 

All artworks are original handmade items. We try to make the pictures portray the piece as closely as possible to avoid returns. If you still have a need to return an item, it must be done within 14 days of receiving the item using the quick process below.

 

Step 1 – Contact us first

To start returning your purchase, contact the service team on kamalkoriaartist@gmail.com. This email needs to contact your order number and photos of the product.

Step 2 – Return the goods

As soon as we receive your email, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your order. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Your purchase needs to be in original condition, in the full original packaging and must be shipped back to us with a tracked courier.

Once we receive your returned order, we will replace, or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days.

 Shipping costs for any orders cannot be returned, unless the product has been received faulty or damaged and with prior agreement via email.

 

Faulty Goods

 

Prints –

If you think there’s an issue with your prints, please let us know right away. If we find a genuine defect that can be fixed, we’ll arrange for reprints to be sent to you as soon as possible. If the goods are faulty and cannot be corrected, you’ll receive a full refund.

Originals –

All paintings are painting on handmade canvas and can come on a frame. Refunds requests for paintings are very rare so we will manage this on a case by case basis. For questions, please contact kamalkoriaartist@gmail.com

 

Exchanging Goods

We are unable to offer different goods in exchange for the ones you return so if you would like to order something else, please place a new order through the website and this will be treated as a separate transaction.
